What is the return policy?

All sales are final. No refunds.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an error was made on our end (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos) so we can review and resolve the issue.

Coloring / Dyeing

Our hair can be colored however, we highly recommend that all coloring be done by a professional.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper coloring or chemical processing.

When will I get my order?

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, which are out of our control.

Hair Quality / Care Instructions

Raw hair can last 2–4 years or more with proper care.

12A grade hair typically lasts up to 1 year depending on maintenance and usage.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your wig, please follow these care tips:

• Gently detangle hair from ends to roots before washing

• Wash with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner

• Allow hair to air dry for best results

• Avoid excessive heat and always use a heat protectant

• Store wigs properly on a mannequin head or in a silk/satin bag

• Avoid heavy product buildup to keep hair soft and manageable

With proper care, wigs can last up to 1 year or longer, while raw hair can last 2–4 years.
